ISCUA: Symposium of Conservation for Underwater Archaeology

The 1st Symposium of Conservation for Underwater Archaeology (ISCUA) will be held in Formentera (Spain) of the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean. The symposium is organised by the Institut Balear d’Estudis en Arqueologia Maritima (IBEAM) in collaboration with the Council of Formentera and is focused around the continual training of the youngest generations in the field, as well as creating an opportunity for networking between different institutions and invited specialists.

The call for papers is currently open until 14th April 2019. Registration for attending the event will be open until 1st August 2019. To register for the event, please visit the ISCUA website.
