In this live Webinar, the panelists will be discussing how a ship becomes an archaeological deposit. A shipwreck is often thought of as an accident or misfortune at sea, but archaeological research has shown that sometimes wrecks have been purposefully abandoned or placed. The question is; how can we tell if it was an accident or on purpose? Are there patterns in the wreck site that we can look for?
